Sweet Snack

This jam is handmade (..if you can say that about jam..) from my family's garden berries. Shortly after I finished this work, my daughter came home from school and put a good use to the contents of my model. :)

Cup and Jam

This is my first time, I think, using this little plate. I've had only plain white plates before, so this time I decided to paint something different. And I like how it turned out. Thanks for watching!

Tea & Jam

For your convenience, I have created this painting on a 5"x7" gessoboard, so, as I have heard from buyers, it will be easier to find a frame for this piece.

Coffee Cup & Crackers

This coffee cup reminds me of the coming Christmas - its red coloring and all. By the way, is there coffee in the cup? That's a mystery question just for you. :)

Cherry & Blackberry

Someone getting ready to have morning tea. They fixed crackers, and are waiting for tea to heat up. Then they will pour tea into the teacup, eat the crackers, lick off the spoon, and wash their teacup. Then they will wipe all the crumbs off the table, smack their lips in anticipation of the day, and hurry about their daily chores.

Fruit and Jam

This can of blackcurrant jam is a present of the friend of mine. I believe she bought it in one of the Asian markets which had a Russian section. And now I'm thinking - where have I been? - not painting all these beautiful berries such as blackcurrant, redcurrant, goosberries, etc.? When I'm back in Russia, I won't hesitate - There are a lot of  berry bushes in my garden there.

Morning Delight

The creamer has recently been polished, so now it looks more... silver. I often use crackers and jam, since I do many paintings with the theme "breakfast".  This painting looks like somebody's breakfast, so I have named it "Morning Delight".

Royal Tea

Another 12"x12" painting with my homemade bread and peach jam. I bought these strawberries, and they're not at all like our Russian garden ones. In our "dacha" (garden) in Russia, we have strawberries too, very sweet and fragrant, but they were much smaller than these American ones. I was surprised with their size and perfect shape!

I hope you enjoy your Royal Tea.

Blackberry & Strawberry Jam

SOLD

This was probably the longest painting I had ever done. I guess I got carried away, and didn't notice time flying by. I tried to make the jam as perfect as in real life - and I believe I succeeded. The strawberries were the last models, and one crawls off the canvas, and is continued on the side.
