Yellow Leaf
I sent my daughter to find some yellowish-brownish leaves in our neighborhood. She came back with a big butterfly in her hand instead. There were no leaves such colors around - she said. But I planned to paint a leaf, so I went, and found one... the only one yellow leaf deep in the forest.

December Leaf
SOLD
This is a quick sketch of an autumn leaf in December. This is a gessoboard 5"x5". It's amazing how small the board looks, but when you're painting, it takes about an hour! Even though the painting is small, there is nothing small about the work it takes.

Autumn Tea
SOLD
What a beautiful tea cup my neighbor Susie has got! She often helps me out with my paintings - she lets me pick flowers from her backyard and paint them there. The painting "Susie's Backyard" is also painted there! And the roses in "Sunday Morning" are right from her flower garden. Thank you, Susie!
